VEXcode VR

Code a virtual robot to drive through mazes, draw shapes and take on challenges.

VEXcode VR puts a simulated robot in a virtual playground for children to program. The activity library includes maze navigation, drawing initials with a pen, tracing routes, and harder challenges that use sensors or stored information. Activities are sorted by level, from basic movement up to maze solvers.

What kids do

  • Navigate a virtual maze
  • Draw initials with the robot’s pen
  • Trace a planned route
  • Try sensor challenges

Who it suits

A child who likes planning a route and testing it one step at a time could enjoy it.

Notes for parents

No physical robot is involved, and each activity has its own matching playground. Changing one instruction at a time makes it easier to follow what the robot did.
