San Diego Zoo Wildlife Explorers
San Diego Zoo Wildlife Explorers has animal and plant profiles, zoo stories, facts and printable activities.
Profiles are sorted into groups such as amphibians, reptiles, birds, mammals and arthropods, which makes it straightforward to compare how species move, eat or survive. Stories from the zoo describe animal care, and coloring pages give younger visitors something to do alongside the reading. Two animals, a sketch of each and one fact apiece add up to a simple comparison page.
