Endless Alphabet
Kids drag wiggly, talking letters back into place to rebuild a word, then watch monsters act out its meaning.
Endless Alphabet stars a troupe of cheerful monsters who seem to love making a mess of words. A child picks one, a stampede scatters its letters, and each letter turns out to be a little creature that wiggles and says its sound when dragged. Kids drop the letters back into their outlined spots, and once the word is whole, a short, funny animation acts out what it means, which may help the bigger words stick. The App Store listing mentions about 100 words. No scores, timers or wrong answers appear, so a child can replay favorites as often as they like and hear the sounds over and over. It looks aimed at the stretch between knowing letters and hearing how they join up.
