Math
Thinkrolls
Kids roll round characters through physics mazes, play logic and math games, and design puzzle levels of their own.
Thinkrolls gathers Avokiddo’s logic games under one roof, and the maker counts more than 2,000 activities. In the puzzle mazes that started the series, kids roll round characters through levels, nudging crates, balloons, jelly, fire and elevators to clear a path, and seem to pick up cause and effect along the way. Around those sit math and brain games on numbers, shapes, patterns, sorting and sequencing, with mini-games such as Chef Teddy’s Math Kitchen, Sort A Lot and Smoothie Shop, plus a Kings & Queens puzzle adventure. Kids can also color, invent playable characters and build levels with drag-and-drop tools, and the maker describes a community area for trying puzzles other kids have made. The range looks wide enough that a preschooler and an older sibling could each find something to sink into.
