Early learning

PAW Patrol Academy

Preschoolers work on letters, numbers, shapes and feelings during missions with the PAW Patrol pups.

PAW Patrol Academy reworks Adventure Bay into something like a preschool. Missions blend clips from the show with interactive play, and kids make choices for the pups, which seems designed to pull them into the story. Each pup takes a subject: letters and spelling with Chase and Rubble, numbers and counting with Marshall, shapes with Rocky, art and colors with Zuma, music with Skye and challenge missions with Ryder. Heroes in Training classes use moments from episodes to talk about emotions, self-care and everyday life skills. Calming coloring pages, dance parties and seasonal events like a Halloween party at the Lookout round it out. Pup-obsessed kids look like the obvious audience, and children new to the show may take a little while to warm to the format.
