Breathe, Think, Do with Sesame
Kids help a Sesame Street monster breathe slowly, pick an idea to try and work through a frustrating moment.
Breathe, Think, Do with Sesame is organized around a three-step routine for big feelings, and the shape of it is clear within a minute. A Sesame Street monster friend is stuck in an everyday frustration. Kids first tap to help it take slow, deep belly breaths, then choose among a few ideas the monster could try, and finally watch it act on that idea and feel better. The maker lists five interactive situations, plus a separate breathing exercise that lets kids breathe along at their own pace. Bubble popping and soft animation keep the mood light. It seems aimed squarely at the preschool years, and it looks most useful as a shared activity, since the same three steps can be borrowed for a real meltdown later in the day.
