Avokiddo Emotions

Kids dress up, feed and hand toys to four funny animals, then watch how each one reacts.

Avokiddo Emotions builds its idea of feelings around four animal friends: a zebra, a shy sheep, a jolly giraffe and a modest moose. A child chooses one, piles on hats, glasses, wigs and clothes, offers a snack, a toy or an instrument, and waits to see the reaction. Some things get a laugh, some a pout, and a few bring on tears, which looks like an easy opening for naming emotions out loud together. The studio counts more than 110 objects, and backgrounds shift with each combination. The store page notes there are no spoken or written directions, so toddlers seem able to dive in by tapping and dragging. Children who want a goal or a level to beat may find it more of a sandbox than a game.
